“Our room was very dirty. There was a brown puddle of pee and scum built up on floor and wall around the back of the toilet. The shower was filthy and there was a sticky spill on the kitchen floor. We immediately went to pak n save and bought cleaning products and completely cleaned the bathroom and kitchen. We will never stay here again.”

We were given a room and had to run the shower for 10mins, for it to get warm. THEN we tried to settle in bed but people were being loud/swearing etc outside the room and a child was running up and down outside our door so we had to request a new room. “Oh my gosh where do I start. This place was so disgusting that we couldn't even contemplate staying in that filth. The place was an absolute dump. As soon as we parked our vehicle the vibe of that place was already telling me to leave. The area was filthy with rubbish outside the room and surrounding areas. The pics on their website did not reflect the lodge at all. The parking was like a matchbox. After ringing to try to cancel we were offered another room. Giving them the benefit of the doubt...
