wonderfully redone cottage just a block from the WWII museum (eat at emi’s, also one block away). very comfortable and spacious. everything you need is provided. we would stay here again.

Nice little place perfect for four. Easy walk to Main St. Would not hesitate to book again. If you like breakfast tacos don't miss Taquería Machetes a five min walk away, will not be disappointed. Hostess went over and above during our stay. Thanks!-PD

Wonderful stay

House was immaculate, well stocked (dishes, utensils, soap, etc) The "icing on the cake" was the beautiful interior. The outside may be a bit non-descript but the interior is jaw dropping beautiful. Pictures are accurate but don't fully show how gorgeous this home is. Beds are very comfortable. We did not have the opportunity to use the outdoor fire pit, but it looks very relaxing. The proximity to town allowed us to walk to many of our destinations. Will absolutely be staying here again.

Perfection

This home is beautiful, don’t let the understated outside appearance fool you! The owners paid close attention to every detail evidenced in all the comforts you’d want from a home. The beds and bedding were warm, cozy, and allowed for a good nights sleep. The kitchen is supplied with everything needed for food prep, cooking, and serving. The living area was nice and comfy for watching movies, sitting with a glass of wine and chatting with a friend. It was nice to be able to take morning walks, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants, and a quick drive to the grocery store. It was also very quiet. I highly recommended for a girls getaway, or with your spouse. there’s also a fire pit outdoors that looks very nice. We didn’t use it because we were too tired at the end of the day, I would most definitely stay there again. I highly recommend it.

Spring break to see wild flowers.

This property was gorgeous! We loved the location and walked to breakfast and dinner every day. The house was just like the town…charming. From the bed sheets to the fire pit and the kitchen it was 5 stars. Will definitely come back and rent again.

Great location!

Walkable to everything on Main and just off Main St. The whole house is done well and nicely furnished. The kitchen is equipped well so if you want to cook you can. Beds are comfy. Strong shower which is important to us. YouTube TV was a nice benefit. Would highly recommend!

Wildflower and Winery Success

The property is such a cute little house with all the amenities anyone could ever want. The kitchen features high-end appliances that are easy to use, dishes, glasses and utinsils for all your needs. Safe neighborhood, and a short walk to main street. I would highley recommend this house for your next get away or girls trip.

This stay was so comfortable. The house has been renovated with great details in style, appliances, colors and bedding. We all commented on how much sleep we caught up on. The beds are so plush. Highly recommend this house.

Cutest house!

This house is SO cute and cozy for a girls weekend. We stayed this past weekend and were so excited when we walked in and the house was exactly as pictured. Communication was quick and easy with the host, the house was very clean and tidy, everything we needed was available, and it was so close to Main Street. Highly recommend!

Nice home, great location!

The home is nicely furnished, well appointed and has been remodeled. Beds were extremely comfortable. Our host was very attentive and easy to interact with. The location is a block or two from Main Street. Very central location, easy walk to winery tasting rooms, restaurants, the National Museum of the Pacific War and bars. Competitively prices with hotels, even for one couple. We will definitely return! Goodbye Holiday Inn!

Modern, comfortable, perfect location

This place was so expertly decorated and clean. We felt very pampered with the furnishings and the fire pit and the front porch! So many areas to hang out in. The showers felt like massage showers. The location was perfect to walk to the Main Street restaurants, shops, and museums. The host had music playing when we came in that just set the tone for a relaxed, enjoyable, comfortable stay! The layout is perfect for two couples, each with our own room and bath. The beds and bedding were comfortable. We cooked some meals and found everything we needed. The host was quick to respond to questions or needs. We would certainly hope to be lucky enough to stay here again when in Fredericksburg!

Family Spring Break

We had a wonderful family vacation during Spring Break. The property was a perfect location within walking distance to the shops and restaurants on Main Street. Property was clean and beautifully decorated. A very nice and comfortable home away from home. Thank you for a great stay.
