Highly recommend NOT staying in this house. First was initially overcharged by over 400 on a 3 night stay as they charged extra fees not detailed in the listing, which specifically stated at time we booked, “all fees included”. After weeks of back and forth, VRBO refunded the 400. Then at time of check-in we were informed that there was a county ban on any fires, and we can’t use the fire pit. We had purchased and transported firewood, bringing a truck that we would not have needed for firewood and incurred extra expenses (firewood, gas & mileage). Fire ban had been in place as we found out later, a month before we booked it, the listing made no mention of this and zero communication until 3:00 pm day of check-in. Then when we arrived, we had to wait until 5:30 PM to enter the home, when check-in time was 4:00 PM due to the house still being cleaned. After making a 5 hour drive and needing to use the restroom this was not just a minor inconvenience. Then after the stay, we were charged an additional 300, for what the management company said was a pet fee, for a 3 night stay. The house, listed as pet friendly and again, the listing at the time of booking stated “all fees were included” in the daily rate/price. I raised issue with management company, thus far they’ve not responded. Subsequently, I now see that they have updated listing and removed comment of all fees included and NOW note a pet fee. However, I have screen shots of listing prior to our stay. STAY AWAY!!

Best house we have stayed out in awhile! Everything about it was perfect! Baby friendly! Great conversations were had around the fire pit. Enjoyed the s’mores supplied by the host! This place didn’t feel like a rental. It felt like we were staying at family’s house. So inviting and peaceful! Would stay here again!

We had an amazing time using all of the amenities this place had to offer: smores, fire pit, hot tub, cornhole, darts, etc! Everything was very clean and there were so many little touches that we appreciated, like laundry pods and dog treats. Being able to bring our dog is a huge plus and she never wanted to come inside because it was so beautiful and nice out in the backyard! Having it fenced in was great so we knew she was safe at all times.

A wonderful escape

Great location!

This was a perfect rental to stay with family. We enjoyed watching the wildlife out the window. The beds were all comfortable. There was lots of room for everyone. Great places to stay.

Great stay

The house accommodate seven adults very comfortably. It was very clean and had everything we would need and more. All the beds and rooms are super cute and comfortable. We spent a lot of time outside enjoying the games, hot tub and fire pit. It was nice that we had plenty of privacy since we had no neighbors. The open fresh air and beautiful scenery of wild flowers was the best! I will definitely be booking again next year!

3 day weekend getaway with our best friends and family. Such a nice place to stay. We had 9 adults and two infants. Very quiet and relaxing. Plenty of room for everyone. We will definitely be back to stay again next year.

Family Christmas Get Away

Wonderful location. It is far enough away from town to be quiet yet close enough to run in for shopping and eating. Very well stocked and VERY clean. We brought our grown children and dogs and all were thrilled. The yard is fantastic to let the dogs run, the hot tub is sparkling clean, and the ranch is comfortable for a family. We will definitely be back.

Couples Trip Getaway

Annual Ladies Retreat

Everyone loved the house and property! It was beautiful and clean. We had 9 ladies, and there was plenty of room. The beds were comfortable and firm. We would definitely book it again.
