The home itself is thoughtfully designed and finished with personality, right down to the armadillo sculpture standing guard by the fireplace. This thoughtfully designed tiny home combines cozy comfort with modern convenience, offering an inviting space for a romantic getaway, solo escape, or small family adventure.



The Space:

The crown jewel of this property is the expansive upper deck, and it is genuinely one of a kind. A stacked stone fireplace anchors the space with warmth and character, while a glowing fire table surrounded by plush wicker lounge seating invites you to slow down and settle in. A ceiling fan keeps the air moving on warm evenings, and a full outdoor kitchen with a stainless steel gas grill and kettle grill means dinner out here is not just possible, it is preferred. The views from this deck at sunset are the kind that make you forget what day it is.



Beyond your front door, world class wineries, distilleries, and the legendary live music of Luckenbach are just minutes away. Lot 115 is not just a place to stay. It is the kind of place people talk about long after they leave.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire home, including outdoor seating areas, porches, and all resort amenities. Check-in is simple, with easy entry and convenient parking right at the site.



The Neighborhood:

Located within Firefly Resort, surrounded by scenic vineyards, rolling hills, and peaceful Hill Country views. Enjoy proximity to local wineries, dining, and downtown Fredericksburg attractions.



Getting Around:

Driving is the best way to explore the Hill Country. Resort roads are simple to navigate, and local wineries and shops are just a short drive away.



Other Things to Note:

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $500(which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $29.00 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
