The spacious patio also features a BBQ grill and a wood-burning fire pit, ideal for quiet evenings surrounded by Hill Country charming.

BURN BAN EFFECTIVE - Gillespie County Burn Ban is ON, Effective Friday, August 21, 2026 at 9:15 am.: Attached please find a local DECLARATION OF DISASTER & ORDER RESTRICTING OUTDOOR BURNING related to imminent threat of wildfires. Restrictions: NO open fires/burning and NO smoking.

As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please leave all hot coals in the grill to cool completely, we will handle proper disposal. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. Thank you for your understanding!



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the house and the outdoor area, including a hot tub and fire pit. Driveway can fit up to 3 cars.

- This property is pet-friendly. There is a pet fee of $45 per pet/per night + taxes/fees, and up to 1 pet max and up to 30 lbs. Pet fee is not automatically included in the total, it's added after booking is confirmed. Pets are not allowed on furniture/beds. Please pick up after your pet(s). Pets must be kenneled if ever unattended. Yard is not fully fenced.

- Pest control services are scheduled quarterly or as needed; however, due to the property being located in the Texas Hill Country, guests may still encounter native wildlife and insects. This can include snakes, scorpions, spiders, ants, and other outdoor critters, even with routine pest control treatments and preventative maintenance in place. The property is regularly treated and maintained to minimize insects and wildlife around the home. Guests are encouraged to use caution outdoors and around natural areas, and to keep doors and windows closed when not in use to help prevent critters from entering the home. By booking this property, guests acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with staying in a rural Hill Country environment.
