House was perfect - so clean and new and had every amenity for a mid-size group. The en suite bathrooms for every bedroom were perfect. Host was very responsive. Couldn’t recommend this house enough! We will definitely be back!!!

Our group had an incredible stay at this lovely home in Fredericksburg! The location was unbeatable, with easy access to Main Street, where we spent hours shopping and exploring the charming boutiques and local spots. The house itself was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully appointed, making it the perfect place for our group to relax after a day of exploring.The host was also fantastic — always quick to respond to emails and provided everything we needed for a smooth stay. One of the best parts of the trip was relaxing with a glass of wine in hand and making unforgettable memories with friends.Highly recommend this home for anyone looking to enjoy Fredericksburg.

Fantastic Home close to all the action in Fredericksburg, but very quiet. Great yard, back porch and all the amenities. Only issue is that we lost hot water on Saturday and they were unable to restore prior to leaving on Monday. Outside of that everything else was great and would look at renting again.

House was lovely. Rooms were nice sized and 2 had king sized beds. All rooms had own bathrooms which was great. We all enjoyed our stay very much and would come back to stay in same house!

The house is excellent. Very well equipped, spacious, very well located for Main Street. The only issue we had is that pets are allowed and we found we had mild allergies to past cat-visitors.

One year anniversary

This was an amazing place. Very clean and up to date. We were very comfortable. 6 adults stayed comfortably. Large showers and plenty of linens. Will stay again for sure.

Perfect Fredericksburg house in town

Perfectly updated house in quiet neighborhood 3 blocks from Main St. Could walk to Main but we drove, since we spent most of the time at the Pacific War museum (& shopping/eating!) Would absolutely love to stay here again on our next visit to Fredericksburg!

Perfect Location and Beautifully Updated House!

We had a fantastic stay for the weekend. My husband and I and furry baby (pre-approved) stayed. The house is bright and open in the living room and kitchen. Entire house is upgraded. It’s an easy walk to Main Street. I also walked to HEB for grocery shopping - it’s about a 10 minute walk there. The house is located on a nice quiet street. Also great communication from owners on check in, and once we were there to see if we needed anything (which we didn’t). Will definitely be back!

Fantastic!

House is exactly as described. Less than 5 minutes to Main Street and the local H-E-B. The mattresses are amazing, they’re a brand designed to alleviate back pain and they lived up to their promise. Between the location, comfortableness and ability to get a good night’s sleep I’d definitely stay again

Great Wine & Eclipse Weekend

We enjoyed a nice long weekend in Fredericksburg for the eclipse and some relaxed wine tasting. Property was very nice. Clean and very well located; easy walking distance into downtown and the main square. We had a little trouble with the water heater breaker, but owner was extremely responsive and problem was pretty easily solved. I would recommend this location for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing stay in Fredericksburg.

Cozy, Clean, and Quiet

Property was nice and clean, surrounding area was quiet and it was a nice relaxing place to stay. If the weather would have been better, we would have used the screened in porch. Description said 1 block away from Main St. it was a little further but still able to walk to shops and restaurants.
