There were many positive things to highlight about this property. There are several activities in the backyard for kids and adults alike. The house was clean and well kept and the kitchen was well equipped, which made cooking a breeze. The host was responsive and helpful as well. Some things that were unexpected: The house is located a little out of the way from downtown so you do have to drive to get anywhere like restaurants, shops, groceries, etc. There isn’t a lot of lighting either, which can be hard to navigate once it’s dark. Since the house is a bit more remote, having items shipped and delivered to the house was a nightmare. Some deliveries were shown as delivered via delivery tracking, yet were nowhere to be found. Some were delivered, but left outside of the mailbox on the ground, which was across the street from the actual property. I’m not sure if this was because it’s a rental, but it would make it difficult to live out there with several missed deliveries. Some bedrooms were a good size with plenty of space to move around in, but some bedrooms had a kind sized bed stuffed in them, which made it tricky to walk around in without bumping your toes. The room we stayed in had no lights in the closet, so it made it hard to see what was ok your suitcase (there was no dresser). The bathroom was also a very tight squeeze with very limited counter space. The tool our son stayed in did not have a dedicated or nearby bathroom, so he used ours. It just made it hard for hi
