  • Beautiful, spacious 3 bedroom, 3 full bath luxury family villa located within the exclusive Comanche Trace community. Property boasts an open floor plan with soaring 12 foot ceilings and a large living and dining room that overlooks a private and secluded back patio with fireplace, perfect for entertaining. All three bedrooms are oversized and include 1 King, 1 Queen and 2 Bunkbeds (4-twins), each with their own attached full bathroom. The living room has two large french doors on either side of a stone fireplace that open to the backyard. The kitchen is spacious and includes all necessary cooking utensils and supplies to cook a gourmet meal.

    The villa is located 10 minutes from downtown Kerrville, 25 minutes from Hunt, 30 minutes from Fredericksburg and 60 minutes from San Antonio Airport.

    The Villa has a brand new UHD Smart 65” TV with Dish Network and ultra high speed wireless internet for business travelers. Golf cart storage may also be available upon request for an additional nightly fee.

    Comanche Trace is a 1,300 acre community with 27 holes of championship golf, tennis courts, playground, river center and walking trails. Guests can enjoy eating out at the Pinnacle Grill and Chophouse located within the Comanche Trace clubhouse.

    We would be happy to arrange a variety of Texas Hill Country experiences to make your stay even more enjoyable. From an old fashioned Rodeo & Dance Hall experience in Hunt to vineyard tours via a private limousine to Fredericksburg, we will do our best to ensure your stay is relaxing and memorable.

    Please note, we allow up to 8 guests to stay in this luxury villa.

Lovely home in great location!

We had a lovely stay on our summer girls trip. We enjoyed the area and took advantage of weekend brunch in the clubhouse. The home was well-maintained, very clean, and instructions in regard to the house we clear and helpful. We would stay again if the chance arose!

Spacious and well appointed

It is a very beautiful property with all the things we needed. An idea would be to put the bunk beds in the other room so the adult room has the private bathroom. That is just a suggestion. Great place.

Lovely home

Everything about this property was perfect. The kitchen had everything needed to cook our Christmas meal. The floor plan was amazing and felt larger than 1900 sq ft. This will definitely be our go to home when we stay in Kerrville again.

Spring break in Kerrville

Always take the grandkids somewhere for spring break in Texas. First time taking them to Kerrville. Had fun and the house was really clean and nice. Just wish there was a little more to do in Kerrville.

Family reunion

We had a big family reunion on the family ranch. We wanted to stay in Comanche Trace because it was convenient nearby. House is lovely, clean and spacious. We were staying at the house with our daughter and her fiancee. The clubhouse on the hill is also lovely and one night we had dinner there which we very much enjoyed.

Excellent Property

Very nice property. Plenty of space for my family of 8. My only complaint is that a Welcome basket with snacks was listed in the description but unfortunately there was not one when we arrived. Other than that the property was as described. Would definitely stay here again if needed.

The property was exactly as described and the location was incredible! A couple minutes’ walk to the beach and a couple minutes to a grocery store, restaurant and bike rentals. The pool was very well maintained and warm. Beach toys and chairs available. Nice grill. Comfortable seating around the pool. As mentioned in the description, the toiletries and supplies (paper towels and TP) were just the minimum amount. There was also a slight damp odor in a few of the bedrooms, but we remedied it by opening the windows for a little while. Overall the house is very nice and I would recommend it.

Family Stay during the Holidays!

I live close to this property and needed extra room for my out of town family members. They were visiting our hunting ranch and I felt the girls would be more comfortable in a house with room and modern amenities. This house was everything as presented on line. It sleeps eight people easily. The house is BEAUTIFUL and very well appointed. It had everything we needed and more. We really enjoyed it so much that it was hard for the girls to leave. We had one 5 year old granddaughter and she loved the bunk beds. I will absolutely rent this place again!

Best Girl's Trip!

First off, the house was absolutely beautiful! There were 8 of us in our trip and the house accommodated all of us comfortably. We went for my bachelorette trip and had the best time. This was our first time in the area and we felt confident that we were staying in a safe location. We enjoyed waking up and having coffee on the patio and making memories to last a lifetime! We were only a short drive from Fredericksburg which was really convenient. The drive into Comanche Trace was so beautiful that we stopped multiple times to take pictures. I would HIGHLY recommend this rental to anyone searching for a place in the Kerrville area. Shawn was so easy to work with and was always a phone call away for assistance. Thank you Shawn for opening up your home to us for the weekend! We had so much fun and are already talking about coming back to stay!

Great Home

It was a great place for a family of seven to lay their heads while in the area volunteering with cleanup filtering the flood. It was a refuge after long, difficult days.

Beautiful Home, much to enjoy

This house is more like a home, it was cozy, had a great kitchen and every bed is really comfortable. The community is very nice and felt very safe. Our host was very good about communicating and after we checked out he remained helpful with our questions. Definitely would recommend staying at this beautiful home anytime you are in the area.
