Perfect

We loved the view and how peaceful it was. Really enjoyed seeing all the wildlife! The cabin was perfect, just far out enough to get away from town but not too far of a drive to go explore Fredericksburg.

Awesome weekend getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay and the location. We were just a few moments from town but could have been a thousand miles away. There was a great breeze each morning on the back porch and we enjoyed our coffee and watching the deer and humming birds. The cabin is perfect for two people very private and comfortable.

Weekend Getaway

Perfect for our weekend getaway close to town, nice views quiet and relaxing. Really enjoy waking up and having coffee on the back porch while watching the deer and hummingbirds. Definitely would recommend, and would come back and rent again.

Peaceful and Private Cabin

My spouse and I stayed here for a long weekend. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. It’s cuter in person! We enjoyed the hot tub and fire place very much, and enjoyed seeing the many deer in the backyard. We hope to return soon.

Beautiful view!

Loved this cabin, not far from town but just far enough! Great views on front patio, deer, turkeys and birds galore, hot tub was nice at end of day! Everything was as shown.

Great Secluded Cabin

This property was close to Fredericksburg, but still secluded enough away. The hot tub was great for relaxing in the evenings after a day in Fredericksburg. Wildlife in the morning for you to see when sitting on the porch having coffee. Can't wait to return for another relaxing weekend.

A must book cabin!

My husband found this cabin for a weekend getaway and it was absolutely perfect for two people! The location feels secluded but is still a short drive from Main Street in Fredericksburg. We absolutely loved seeing the deer in the back yard both morning and evening. The gas fireplace was an additional bonus! Super cozy cabin, can’t wait to come back.

Recharge with nature!

My husband and I loved our stay. The cabin is in a nicely secluded area and felt very private, yet we were only a short drive from Main. The wildlife is amazing! We saw so many deer! We had coffee on the back porch with the deer and birds every morning, explored the area which offers so many things to do, then relaxed under the stars in the hot tub each night. Highly recommend! We will be back!

Relaxing escape in the Hill Country

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We wanted a place just outside of town so that we could see the stars and that's exactly what we got! The privacy of the cabin, which is a single unit, was perfect to make this feel like a true getaway. The hot tub was the cherry on top after a long day of...relaxing and drinking a little wine! Make sure you make some time to walk the labyrinth. Right before dusk was a magical time and we saw many resident deer. We would absolutely stay here again and hope to do so soon!

They have beautiful views of wildlife in the Hill Country. Equipped with a full kitchen and patios with hot tubs to enjoy the scenery. We love our experience every time we visit.

This is our go to 2-3 times a year. The views are spectacular with lots of wildlife. We just love it!

It's just far enough away from Fredericksburg that we can enjoy it by day and then relax by night in the hot tub out back. There is a full kitchen available to cook or warm things up. We've never been disappointed with our weekend getaway.Just fyi Mondays quite a few of the stores are closed.

Much needed escape

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cabin was amazing with a great view. When we arrived the hot tub was broken apparently right before got there. I called to ask about it and was informed of the need for repairs. That was one of the main reasons we booked it. The manager saved the day and and gave us another cabin maybe 800yds away from this one that seemed to be brand new, according to the guest book we were the second people to stay there. All around around great property and amenities the grounds keeper came by each morning and feed the deer and filled the bird feeders so you will have plenty of wildlife to see both day and night. It is located about 10m from Main Street fredricksburg so it’s a short drive to anything you want to see or do. We will definitely stay there again.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was to celebrate my husband’s birthday and have a relaxing weekend getaway. Our only “musts” were a hot tub and king size bed. The cabin was very clean and cute upon arrival. It was a little bigger than other cabins we have stayed in before so that was a nice surprise. It felt like we were far out in the country but we were only 8 mins from Main Street which was super nice. We took others suggestions and bought some deer corn at HEB. We had some amazing interactions with wildlife and deer watching. It was huge added bonus. The hot tub was great as well. My only complaint would be the mattress. It wasn’t very comfortable and probably has met its limit of life. Time to replace it. That’s the only reason for 4 stars. Other than that we are excited to return again in the future.

Peaceful

This was a very peaceful place to stay. So easy to grab the keys, get to the location. Everything that we needed was there. Even a little extra that I assume other guests left. Spices, aluminum foil etc.. One thing I can say and please don't take this the wrong way but.. The light bulbs don't all match. Some are horrible lighting. This place screams for soft lighting. Also, dimmers would be so helpful. And lastly, just because I'm a details person it would be nice if the signs weren't in magic mark (off, Light switch here, etc..). a simple label maker would be the added touch to details. Now if you think about it, if that's all I can think of to put in the negative comments, it's a darn good place. Thoroughly enjoyed the peace, serenity and the deer. I'll be back

Nice getaway with hubby

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our trip overall. We loved seeing the deer right off the back porch, but you need to bring your own corn. We had 13 does and 2 bucks one day eating up the corn we left them. They seem to be pretty tame. If I could change one thing, it would be the rainfall shower head that is about 2 feet too tall and having a hand held shower head to rinse with is desperately needed instead of a red solo cup. Hubby complained of bed but I slept fine with four back surgeries and a back of Titanium from top to bottom. I couldn't figure out the filtering system of hot tub unless they empty it after each guest since there is no filter. Water appeared nice and clear along with jets and I am OCD about cleanliness. I did have to sweep the floor when we arrived, and call for more towels and garbage bags, but they took care of it right away. We would stay again, maybe check out another cabin next visit. The keeper of the cabin was great about taking care of our needs.
