The spacious kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals to enjoy around the dining table, and there's also a breakfast nook with a small table for a quick bite before heading out for the day. Additionally, a convenient corner coffee bar is available for those who prefer to start their day with a fresh cup of coffee.
Gather in the cozy living room to watch a movie or challenge friends and family to an assortment of games, making for a fun and relaxing evening of laughter and connection. When the weather turns cool, enjoy the warm glow of the faux electric replica of an old-time wood stove.
As the day comes to an end, retire to one of the three bedrooms, each featuring a king-size bed with cozy linens and fluffy pillows for a restful night's sleep. The main bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom with a spacious shower and dual vanity, while the second bathroom also offers a stand-up shower. The property offers a large covered pavilion, providing a gathering space furnished with comfortable seating and a convenient bathroom. We're delighted to welcome furry friends! This property is pet-friendly for dogs, unfortunately we can't accommodate cats at this time.
-Pet fee(s) of $115.00 plus tax will apply in addition to the nightly rate.
-Maximum of two dogs allowed with a combined maximum weight of 50 lbs.
-Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them.
-A separate pet waiver must be signed.
-Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file.

2. Not all homes have cable; consider setting up a streaming account in advance.
3. Our team is committed to assisting you, though occasional check-in delays may occur during peak periods.
4. WiFi is available in all homes, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. No refunds or rate adjustments will be made for mechanical failures, or discontinued or interrupted services that occur during your stay.
5. A $500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, confetti, vomit residues, or glitter.
6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems.
7. We will provide a two-day supply of start-up sundries, including dish soap, sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hand lotion. Guests will need to purchase additional items from a local store or bring them with them. Missing supplies must be reported to our Customer Hospitality team within one hour of arrival.
8. Pets are allowed only in designated pet-friendly units, subject to an extra fee in addition to the nightly rate. Please verify whether pets are permitted in the unit you intend to rent. In the event that a pet is discovered in a non-pet-friendly unit, the guest grants Cozi authorization to levy a minimum additional cleaning fee of $500.
9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place on a regular basis, but some insects are inevitable.
10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit at your vacation rental. Check the amenities to see if this rental is equipped with a fire pit.
- For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won't be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.
