As you step inside the main house, the living room welcomes you with an air of spacious elegance. A large, inviting couch and a selection of chairs are thoughtfully arranged around the flat screen TV.



The dining room, with its expansive table seating for eight plus additional four seats at the kitchen island provide ample space for everyone to enjoy meals together. The full kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, is a haven for culinary enthusiasts.



Bedroom one features a king-sized bed, offering a sumptuous haven for rest. Additional seating for two provides a cozy spot for morning coffee or quiet reflection. The en-suite bathroom is a sanctuary in itself, complete with a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a separate soaking tub.

Bedroom two invites a comfortable queen-sized bed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.

Bedroom three is perfect for friends or family, this room features two queen-sized beds, providing both comfort and versatility. These two bedrooms share a second full bathroom, complete with double vanities and an inviting walk-in shower.



The Pool House is a delightful retreat offering a welcoming and cozy space with a large couch and flat screen TV. Adjacent to the living room is a kitchenette, offering just what you need for preparing simple meals and snacks.



The bedroom features a queen-sized bed, ensuring a restful and comfortable retreat after a day of exploring Fredericksburg. The full bathroom offers all the amenities you'll need.



Weitz Haven has an incredible outdoor space, the pool is a refreshing centerpiece, inviting you to take a leisurely swim or bask in the sun-drenched surroundings. The adjacent hot tub offers a soothing retreat, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.



A variety of outdoor amenities promise endless entertainment. Engage in a friendly game of cornhole or horseshoes, or test your skills on the pickleball court or with a game of basketball.

The table with seating for four is an inviting spot for alfresco dining, surrounded by the beauty of the outdoors. Adirondack chairs encircling the firepit offer a cozy setting for sharing stories and gazing at the stars. Additional plush seating under the shade of the mature trees ensures comfort and tranquility.

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $63.87 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

1. Check-in instructions, house rules, and property addresses will be available via the Happy guest link.

2. Not all homes have cable; consider setting up a streaming account in advance.

3. Our team is committed to assisting you, though occasional check-in delays may occur during peak periods.

4. WiFi is available in all homes, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. No refunds or rate adjustments will be made for mechanical failures, or discontinued or interrupted services that occur during your stay.

5. A $500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, confetti, vomit residues, or glitter.

6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems.

7. Start-up sundries provided for the first two days; report missing items within one hour of arrival.

8. Pet-friendly units welcome pets with an additional fee; ensure pets are well-behaved and respectful.

9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place, but some insects are inevitable.

10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit at your vacation rental. Check the amenities to see if this rental is equipped with a fire pit.

11. Please observe Fredericksburg’s Quiet Hours (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.)

12. The City of Fredericksburg is an international Dark Sky Community. To protect the dark skies, please turn off outdoor lighting when not in use.

13. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental.

14. For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won't be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.
