“The Coral Pelican as was named on the VRBO listing on Fripp Island is centrally located. Excellent access to the fitness center and great beach access . A golf cart is a must!! Alecia was very attentive to all my questions and a wonderful host. Our family loved the island and we will definitely be returning. ”

“Shannon started communication with me once we booked the room. She responded to my questions and requests promptly. She offered to help us to book tee time at golf, tennis, restaurant, etc. The room has great view of the ocean, easy access to beach and next to the club complex. ”

“House was perfect for our family! We loved not having to climb steps to enter the house and really loved the screened in porch! Beds were very comfortable. Sam Graci is so very nice and helpful in every way. Would not hesitate to stay here again. ”

“This house needs updating. The listing when we stayed has it marketed as 4 bedroom without transparency that the 4th bedroom is connected to the 3rd. You have to go through the 3rd bedroom to get to the 4th. The washing machine was also broken. The furniture is less than ideal and the house was not very clean. This home was a major let down. ”
