We did not book with them nor did they post the photos of the property, and our contact person was very nice and responsive. That being said, the property is not bright and appointed as pictured, and most of the furniture and fixtures in the photos are no longer in this rental. “We enjoyed our stay at this villa and had a great trip to Seabrook! The villa was very clean, beds were comfortable, and provided all the amenities we needed. The only negative would be that the couch and carpet/rugs were worn and could use an update, but otherwise it was a great find and value!”

“Would have like to give it a better review condo not bad overall communication although was horrible. First of no access to amenities till the next day then at the office she had no idea of us getting them then we were never told where the fob was for the pool until after we inquired about it. There was construction noise early am and all day this also was never disclosed upon renting. “Everything was great! Just as described. It's a compact room, but with everything needed to be comfortable when not at the beach. The walk to the beach was quick and easy, and the beach itself felt remote even with all the buildings nearby. At low tide there was so much beach!! I got the resort passes but none of the facilities were pet friendly and they were quite adament about my wife not even carrying our tiny dog where pets weren't allowed. We made do.
