“Great place , great community. No issues at all!”

“This was an amazing place to stay. The condo unit was squeaky clean and the overall resort property was well put-together. This unit isn’t a far walk at all from the pool and the beach, maybe 3-5 minutes at most. We really enjoyed having a full, renovated kitchen to cook meals in - the appliances were far nicer than you’ll find in many rentals. The staff at Oceanside Properties were so friendly and accommodating when we communicated via email and text. We will certainly be back!”

“Overall, would highly recommend if you're looking for a more affordable option. A little older of a property but kept very nice. It was super easy check in and check out process. It is in a great central location with guarded entrance for extra comfort.”

“This is not ocean view/ocean front. You can walk a short distance or ride in a golf cart shuttle to beach. All was clean but checkin difficult. Gatekeeper didn't have my name to give me my parkng pass to allow entry, had to call owner & wait awhile for response. ( they shud be awaiting your arrival near their phone to help w any probs upon checkin) It was getting dark & difficult to see apt & bldg #s & this place is HIGE I had to ask ppl staying at this property to help me find this apt....

“Property was in a great location with an easy bike ride to the beach or shops at shelter cove. So much to do with tennis courts, pools and bikes on site. It would be 5 stars with a little updating, but it’s definitely a bargain.”

“Very impressed with location and access to the beach. Only downfall was the unit was missing very basic needs like dish soap, broom, some other kitchen items, etc. that led to us needing to make extra trips to the store. Other VRBO's I've stayed at had all the essentials.”

“We've stayed at this resort many times and this unit has an amazing view being on the top floor. The resort itself is a bit dated but small renovations continue to be done to keep it nice enough. We love the boardwalk to the beach, the onsite deli and bike rentals. The island is covered with beautiful bike paths that melt the stress away. The resort is in a great location so you can easily get to the busier Coligny area or off island to Bluffton. The unit itself was well stocked. A beach...

“Todo estuvo perfecto”

“The unit was clean and decorated nicely, but the mattress on the bed left a lot to be desired and was very small for being listed as a queen. The couch was also very uncomfortable. Additionally, the miniature coffee pot isn’t practical, even for two people, and the pots/pans were giving dollar store quality. The saving factors were the view and proximity to the beach/pool. Having stayed in several other units/properties, I expect more for the cost.”
