“The room and the amenities were great, I felt comfortable all the time and the space in the room was awesome. What I would not recommend is taking the breakfast at the hotel, don’t get me wrong it was really good in taste, but you only have 3 options focused in American dishes, I was expecting some Japanese local dishes, if you are more into that you can look for other options near the hotel.”

“OUTDATED HOTEL. The facilities are outdated and not clean enough. We arrived at 7:50am and left the luggage to go around the city since checkin was at 3pm. However, my wife is pregnant and was feeling extremely unwell and went back to the hotel at noon. They had our room ready but wouldnt give it to us without paying 50% extra (mind that it was only 3 hours before check in time and they did not clean the room twice). Had to pay since she was feeling so unwell. Poor treatment and understanding...
