Bloque de apartamentos en Cosi tamaño, orientado hacia el mar. Tranquilo y soleado apartamento está en la planta baja con gran terraza soleada todo el día!
mar situado en la zona turística de Funchal, con una gran terraza de 60m2 equipado con una zona de estar al aire libre + comedor sin agua + un solarium con tumbonas.
El interior tiene una cocina totalmente equipada con una abertura en el comedor / sala de estar de 25m² + 1 amplio dormitorio con cama de matrimonio + 1 habitación con 2 camas individuales. Situado cerca todos los comercios, gimnasio ... y el gran centro comercial "Foro de Madeira" completamente abierto al cielo. Desarrollado por los espectáculos de verano y eventos, así como sus restaurantes y tiendas de 100 metros del apartamento. 7/7 abierta hasta las 23:00. La playa y las piscinas naturales (agua de mar) son también à100m. Así como hermosas recorrido a pie por el mar.

Prima verblijf

Appartement is netjes en schoon. Keuken en badkamer zijn verouderd maar prima bruikbaar en schoon. Heerlijk buiten terras met ligbedden en tuinset. Dicht bij zee en kiezelstrand met ook wat horeca. Goede locatie om vanuit hier uitstapjes te doen. Centrum Funchal 15 min rijden.

Kommen gerne wieder

Es hat alles perfekt funktioniert. Schlüsselübergabe - die Örtlichkeiten - Sauberkeit - alles was man braucht erreicht man in nur 5 Minuten Gehzeit. Ausgangspunkt zu einigen Wanderungen vorhanden. Einziger Minuspunkt ist die Busverbindung. Es ist nicht möglich mit einem Tages-/Wochenticket mehrere Busverbindungen zu nutzen.

The Apartment is nice. The terrace is beautiful but there is a camera pointing directly on the terrace and inside the Apartment. The bathroom was a little bit dirty. The kitchen has everything you need. But the oven was broken. Sadly the neighborhood is quiet loud, dogs barking and children are screaming all the time. I would not stay in this aparrment again because of the camera. If the camera wasnt there i would consider to stay there again.

Very cosy and lovely apartment. Big terrace with an amazing sunrise view. Amazing location, close to the beach, restaurants, shopping centre, and bus station. Definitely, we will come back. Thank you Hugo!!!!

Great 2 week stay

Large, clean apartment with beautiful back yard/terrace. Very close to ocean and cliff side walks. Hugo was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. Area is a bit far from old town, but we walked it multiple times. We wanted to be out of Funchal core for easier road trips to other areas of Madeira. Shopping and restaurants all near by. Totally enjoyed our trip and stay at Hugo's!

Great Deck and Location

Stayed here last week and had a nice time… the property definitely could be cleaner. We arrived to food smeared on the cupboards, no top sheets, dirty couch and pillows. The location is great however, and there is easy street parking that is free. The deck and view are amazing. Overall our stay was pleasant but if you’re looking for a super clean and polished property, this is not it. Also had to coordinate with the owners brother to get the key which I found a little strange.

Marvellous!

Hugo was an excellent host. Nothing was too much trouble. Our cleaning lady, Natalie, was warm, welcoming, thorough and very accommodating. Fully equipped apartment with everything you could possibly need already anticipated. The sun terrace was an added bonus especially when the coloured fairy lights automatically switched on at night! If you want comprehensive UK TV maybe bring a laptop to connect as channels were limited.

Ocean cliffs

Great space and outdoor area fantastic in apartment. Location was good as it was quieter than staying in city. There are regular buses to centre and bus stop only a couple of minutes from apartment. Check in was smooth and Host very kindly let us know we could leave our luggage if required when checking out, however we didn't need to do this. Great communication with host and answered my queries promptly.

All you need.

The apartment was spotlessly clean with all you need for a comfortable self catering stay. The highlight being the extensive terrace. Communication with the owner was good throughout and location of the property also very good being accessible to buses and walks and retuarants. Slight downside, noisy dogs in area but overall excellent.

Highly recommended

Very highly recommended place for you stay in Madeira. Extremely clean, cosy, good size bedrooms, comfortable bed. Wonderfull terrace. Host is a helpful person. Some people mentioned a barking dog in neighborhood, but we didn’t have any problem regarding it. The dog probably got older and smarter so it doesn’t bark for no reason. Would definitely return to Hugo’s place!

Whilst the property was very nice the surround properties had a number of dogs which would bark at the slightest noise day and night. A large German Shepherd dog in the yard of the property that is at the end of the terrace. Very loud bark day and night. Not very enjoyable. The listing needs to be updated.

WONDERFUL

We stayed at Hugo's apartment for a wonderful 28 days, it was very comfortable and the outdoor space was amazing. We arrived at the appartment in the evening after unpacking the essentials we sat out on the terrace enjoying a glass of wine and listening to the ocean the next morning we could see the ocean which we hadn't expected such a surprise. Everything is well catered for lots of choice for eating out, shopping at the local supermarket and the Forum are very close, the bus into Funchal is approximately 20 metres from the apartment and finally we enjoyed some beautiful walks. We would highly recommend Hugo's apartment.

Wunderbar

Es handelt sich um eine schöne Wohnung mit traumhafter Terrasse und Ausblick Das Appartement war bei Ankunft noch nicht fertig, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Wir waren gegenüber lecker essen. Wir sind jeden Tag zu Fuß nach Funchal gelaufen, da der Weg bezaubernd ist. Umgebung top! Dauer ca. 1,5 stunden. Supermärkte und auch Frühstücksmöglichkeiten in der Nähe Auch in die andere Richtung ist es toll zu gehen. Die Wohnung hat alles für den täglichen Bedarf. Die Nachbarn sind alle überaus freundlich. Auch der grosse Hund hat uns nicht gestört. Wir kommen so schnell wie möglich wieder!!! Ganz liebe Grüße Siri und Sören

PERFECT

Hugo's apartment, located in a beautiful area of Funchal is the place to stay when visiting Madeira.The apartment clean and has everything and more that you need to enjoy your stay. Kitchen is very well equipped, the queen bed is comfortable, the huge/sunny terrace with comfortable deck furniture extends the living area. Don't bother renting a car as bus service is available within a few feet of the building. Make sure to enjoy dinner at Tradicional across the street. Excellent meals and service provided by Chef Papa and family. Thank you Hugo for your quick response to my questions and your great hospitality.

Sijainti hyvä, kulkuyhteydet bussilla keskustaan toimivat. Asunnon varustelu hyvä joskin WiFi toimi hitaasti ja epävakaasti. Viihdyimme 40 päivää loistavasti joskin alapuolen vahtikoiran haukkuminen häiritsi välillä liikaa.

Tack Hugo för 3 underbara veckor. Stor härlig veranda , med sol hela dagen. Bra drickbart vatten från kran. Helt onödigt att bära vattendunkar från Supermarket. Nära till Supermarket - Trevlig liten cafeteria 15m. Mitt emot ingång , på andra sidan gatan. Skulle kunna vara 5 stjärnor , men det finns en schäfer som närmsta granne, som vissa dagar kan upplevas som störande med allt sitt skällande. Skulle ändå kunna tänka mig att återvända , för allt övrigt var så bra. Kurre o Monica

Séjour de 15 jours - Location bien équipée, très agréable - à proximité d une station de bus (ville et aéroport) mais aussi d un super marché - (très utiles) la nuit pour des personnes qui n ont pas un bon sommeil l emplacement est un peu bruyant mais on ne peut pas tout avoir ! Ceci dit notre séjour s est bien passé - on a apprécié nos différentes visites sur l île - si vous parlez anglais c est parfait - on a heureusement trouvé quelques personnes parlant français !
