Lots of issues to address
There was a miscommunication for check-in. The process took over two hours and the property manager couldn't get the keys to work. This was After travelling all day, it took us two hours to check into the property The employee pretty much just shrugged their shoulders at the experience. One of the issues was that the employee could not get the key to work. We eventually got it to work ourselves and they sent a maintenance person to look at it and they said we should just use it in a certain way not always reliable so we spent two weeks fighting with this door lock. For each communication with the company, there was absolutely no accountability for any issues that we were having. The accommodations we were OK and Madeira is stunning. I would go back but stay at another location..
