“The hotel could be amazing but unfortunately it is now dated and needs to be refurbished. The standard twin room does not have an overhead shower and the room was dated and shabby. There was no bottled water as stated either. The room was also very hot and they do not provide fans as standard. “The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. The staff were helpful and pleasant especially the lovely Scottish lady on reception. We didn’t have the breakfast or have any food from the bar as they sell peanuts which my daughter has an anaphylactic allergy to. This meant we had to go out for food. “Parking was a bit of an adventure and it didn't mention that parking was £25 for overnight. Plenty of bars to eat and drink, thought £12 for 2 pepsi was a bit much but it is a fantastic place. Dinner in the grill was exceptionally good and descent price. Breakfast was best £9 each i have ever spent, but book it with booking or it £24 each in hotel. The breakfast had everything you could possible want and every ingredient was of excellent quality. Highly recommend this hotel. We plan to go back...

“The rooms were nice and clean. The only downside was there was no air conditioning so the room was very hot and we only had a small fan. The spa was lovely , the pool was great.”
