“Hotel was lovley and well presented. It was clean and very welcoming. The front of house staff were so polite and professional and really helpful. However, when using the spa facilities we found 2 female members of the spa staff unhelpful and 1 was extremely snooty and rude. “Really liked the hotel. Nice rooms and friendly staff. I stopped in room 11 and the WIFI was really poor. Kept dropping out even though I was on it. As I was travelling wife work I use the evening to do my admin since I’m on my own. This was not possible though as it kept losing signal. Reception told me the hotel was full hence why it kept dropping out. But that should not be my issue it should be good enough for a full hotel. ”

Muy mala gestión administrativa- dobles cobros

Pedí mirarlo y chequearlo, y ellos, sin hablarlo, me lo cobraron. Tras hablarlo me dicen que es un error y que me lo van a devolver, cuando salgo el Quinto día, siguen sin habérmelo devuelto. No ir…"
