“We normally get rooms in the new lodge, but this time we were given a room in the main building. The room was a good size as was the bathroom and very comfortable. The ony issue was road noise early in the morning which ww never had when we stayed in the lodge. Overall though a very pleasant stay as usual.”

“really lovely place to stay. Warm welcome, huge bedroom with wonderful large bed, bathroom had bath and over shower which was great. Spotlessly clean. Good bar/eating area. Very impressed with the beer garden and lovely terraced area to sit out. Staff were excellent - very polite and attentive”

“requested for a lower floor room and was given one 104 a lovely room but traffic is noisy nothing much the hotel can do about that but you can keep the window shut and use the fan supplied, Staff are VERY helpful and friendly the food is very tasty and a good choice, Have stayed there before and will be going back again”

“I arrived quite late and went into the pub downstairs to ask how to access the hotel. The woman behind the bar was so helpful and friendly and walked me round to the entrance and explained everything to me thoroughly, despite the fact it was horrible weather outside. I was on the top floor and the room was extremely clean, with a roll top bath and extremely comfortable bed. I loved the fact they even have Oatly milk with the tea tray, something most expensive hotels don't have, nevermind a room...
