“Great location; close to bus and train stations, waterfront and CBD. Good amenities with pool (undergoing renovation?) and sauna. We stayed in 1 bedroom apartment which was a good size. Bathroom was a let-down however with only rain head shower, no slide shower head. Overall apartments could do with decor and bathroom upgrades. ”

“Clean and well presented. Good size under counter fridge that kept everything cold. Very comfy bed and no noise or disruption overnight. If staying Sunday, street parking is free till 8am monday, otherwise its limited to 2 hours at $12 book parking with hotel. If the hotel are looking to upgrade a fridge with Ice box and milk frother would be fab addition but definitely didnt spoil our stay. Would book again.”

“No parking available. 3 on street parking places outside that are also available to the public am need to be moved and certain hours. No discount for any car parks close by. Room was fine. We gave a late check in time so sent an email with good instructions on. Paid a fee for an extra person to be staying in the room. No extra bedding for the sofa bed. No extra towels. Room is outdated. Only good thing was the extension lead for the plugs after there not being any plugs about. ”

“The apartment provided initially did not have the air conditioning in the bedrooms. After complaining they provided us another one, with the air conditioning in two bedrooms. Although the apartment was bigger, the facilities are very old, the furniture very old and damaged in many parts. It’s a real shame, if the apartment was refurbished it would be great. Also the gym and the pool very small and level quite low. In many points the cleaning was very poor. The windows very old are not noisy...

“Es un aparthotel que esta en el centro de Perth, apto para una o dos noches que es lo que estuvimos en esa ciudad, de paso para iniciar el viaje. No tiene nada de atractivo pero está bien situado.”

“Great location opposite Kings Park and a free CAT shuttle bus from city centre. Apartment was well set up with everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Bed was very comfortable. Restaurants nearby were nice.”
