The balcony was welcome but the cover was all broken with mainly just a frame and nothing to stop the rain so for our whole stay it was not useable. Furnishings are old and stained, some power points were broken and one of the lamps sparked when it was turned on - it did not feel safe. Reception staff were attentive and helpful. Housekeeping found a phone charger in our room after we checked out and we were contacted the same day with an offer to post it to us.
