“No quedé satisfecha con mi estancia en el hotel. Había pagado específicamente por una habitación con vista parcial al muelle, pero la habitación que me asignaron inicialmente tenía el lavabo tapado y además había un olor desagradable. Solicité un cambio de habitación y, desafortunadamente, sentí que mi petición no fue atendida de una manera especialmente amable ni servicial. Finalmente me cambiaron a otra habitación, pero ésta tenía una vista muy desagradable hacia las paredes de los edificios...

“The host was amazing and the property was lovely and in a great location”

“Great neighborhood! Everything is so close and convenient. It was absolutely amazing. We were 3/4 of a mile away from my son and daughter-in-law‘s house so that part was perfect as well. When they say this is a walkable location they are spot on it was amazing. The neighborhood in addition to being inconvenient is so incredibly safe; it is full of couples and families and people out walking their dog. It has an incredible feel. I would absolutely stay here again. The one thing that we wish the...

“When we arrived at the property, it was exactly as advertised. Parking was a little tight, but we managed. Property is clean looked exactly like the pictures. Comfortable beds, just minutes away to everything we wanted to do. Bonus; there was a Ralph’s grocery store right across the street and a McDonald’s right next-door. The host was very gracious and kept us updated through email. Overall had a great time and would rent this place out again.”

“Go for the location alone! The patio is right on Mission Beach, directly on the boardwalk, and the views are fantastic. There’s also a wall A/C unit in the upstairs bedroom, which was a nice bonus if you want a cool place to relax or sleep after a day at the beach.”

“The location was excellent! It is right on the beach. The windows were difficult to see thru, probably a result of the harsh ocean environment. There was a hand written sign on the screen, ‘Do not open’. It would be nice to open the screen to get a clear unobstructed view of the ocean. The curtains on the front of the unit were secured with clips, but several were broken, so they looked a little tacky. The host was great to work with and answered our questions before we arrived and helped us...

“Overall, our stay was pretty good. The description was accurate. Location was awesome! Price was right in line with proximity to the boardwalk, sand and ocean. Could not have gotten closer, perfect! Had a little trouble at check in as our unit was not ready at 4pm when we got there. Eric, the host was there and apologized for the delay. A heads-up text message would have been nice, but we dealt with it by going to get some groceries. Came back, waited a little bit and finally was able to get...

“The property is located in a nice area and close to the grocery store and University Town Center. My stay in the casita was comfortable, and the garden area was peaceful and lovely. I would stay there again.”

“Great Host and great house!”
