“The name “Forever Views” is VERY accurate. The floor to ceiling windows face the ocean, and the 2 patios (which 2 of the bedrooms have views and doors for patio access) also have incredible ocean views. I was a little concerned reading some of the reviews that mention “broken tiles, outdated, etc”. And, yes it’s one of the older homes that hasn’t been updated; but the size of the house (plenty of room), and the views give this property a 5 star rating for me. I’ve stayed in other VRBO homes...

“This property was not as advertised. If you are going to claim it sleeps 6 people then there should be bedding for the pull-out couch, and at least utensils for 6! The couch is very uncomfortable and the pull out mattress felt like it was from the 70's! You could feel the coils and the bars. The dishwasher was unusable so there should have been some dish racks as we had to handwash everything. There was a cockroach in the downstairs bathroom. Light switches and outlets did not all work. ...

“Alisa was an excellent host! She provided everything we needed like extra washcloths, coffee grinder, beach necessities, even going so far to buy a pan I needed for my birthday cake! She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, welcoming, and relaxing. The walking location to the beach and nice neighborhood are perfect! Loved the backyard for our old dog, morning breakfast, and hummingbird watching. Private parking was a huge bonus! House could use a deep cleaning, but it was good...

“I travel all year long. But this is the place where you want to make great memories. This is the closest to the ocean of any house beach. The view is breathtaking. I wish they had a monthly rental.”

“The apartment is nice but our whole experience was ruined because we were not allowed use of the patio and garden area, despite it being heavily advertised. The main house in front was rented and had exclusive use during the time we were there. There was no notice of this and it was quite embarrassing dealing with the other renters. Additionally, the property manager was on vacation and did not respond to our phone calls and texts for 48 hours. ”
