“This property was awesome. The river was perfect. We could catch a few small fish and my son was out there every morning. The ducks were there pretty much all day everyday as well as turkey, squirrels, and rabbits. The area was very quiet and getting to pigeon forge was quick and easy. The only negative I can think of is that the water is certainly not palatable and has a strong smell. We had plenty of bottled water to drink and would still 100% stay here again! I sort of wish there were bunk...
