Very clean , hot tub was immaculate. Rooms had normal wear and tear but very comfortable and clean. Fire pit did not work but other amenities were wonderful. I would definitely recommend and stay again here!

They movie place didn't work took 3 days too come fix fire pit didn't work no hot water in lower level was missing hand rails the most disappointing thing was a missing pickiest on the deck and my granddaughter almost fell off

Keep looking

Don’t book here, keep lookingI booked this place for the size and amenities. Upon check-in I learned that there was not access to a pool like the ad had previously stated. While that was disappointing, It didn’t ruin our entire stay. We could not figure out how to turn anything on in the theater room. But, if we would’ve figured it out, I’m not sure we could have used the room to watch anything because the stale, musty odor was over powering from the room never being opened to the air or sun. We did experience a power outage, due to no fault of the owner. However, when that power came back on the air conditioner, upstairs did not work. After complaining all day, they finally sent someone out to fix it. While there is a notice on the fridge about it taking a while to cool off, we did lose groceries because it does not hold a consistent cold temperature. You can clearly see where the seal is broken at the bottom as well as one of the shelves is broken. The carpet has several stains and the entire house could use a good cleaning.

It was very hard to find thanks to customer service for sending video of someone driving to location. The house inside was okay needs some loving care carpet and couch need cleaning. The big attraction for me was the movie room. That was a bust in it self no lights had to use phone lite to see almost walked in to a large spider web with eggs in it the smell was very stale it felt like something out of a horror movie paint peeling the chairs the leather or lack of was peeling as well. I locked the door and did not go back. Hi light was the 2 bears that climbed the tree in front of house.

Wade family trip

Road was alittle hard to get to but ok once you find it.We had nothing but problems first the theater room did not work and we messaged to host multiple times husband installed theater and surround sound for celebrities and big homes so he knows what to check and do but nothing he was able to get sons xbox so we could use games on it on day two so that was a bust no movies and even the games was hit or miss cause internet was messed up, animals had messed with the internet wire that was installed not properly it was a indoor cable laid on top of ground instead of outdoor cable and not buried. So internet was not working most of time. Told host and sent pictures of bad cable. Day 1 of our 4 day stay started with water dripping hard from celing from plumbing upstairuses sent pictures to host and was told to not use if we would had the crack already there celing would had gave out so only had one bathroom in kitchen and could not use tolits or showers in upstairs for a large party. Was a mess only in tolit and shower for all of us to use and get ready.Wr was looking forward to fire pit for s'more and family bonding time since we only get once a year to with our children coming in from different states. But no it did not work told host about it all 3 nights and sent someone last day at 7pm and was told broken needed parts so no fire pit. Fridge was also broken and we had to throw out food 200 worth cause went we woke up was hot so threw out and rotate freezer to fridge.

We loved our vacation and the birthday boy had a blast!! The best part was the space in the cabin, the convenience of things located near the cabin, the things to do at the cabin and that the host was quick to respond. It will definitely be a place we would consider staying when traveling back to Gatlinburg. We were so busy that we didn't even get to use the hot tub. The only downfall was no service and the internet didn't work, but kids were kept busy playing games. Also the driveway was hidden so it took us a minute to find it, other than that No complaints!!

It was not pleasant. The A/C could barely keep the home cool, the theatre room had a bad smell, the place was very dirty, the bedroom TV's did not work half the time due to bad network connections. The wifi kept cutting out, and there were random pills lying around. The door nobs and floors were sticky and very dirty.

Could be better

Lots of Bear activity!! We saw at least one bear everyday which we all loved. The location was perfect, very close to downtown and the entrance to the national park. Very difficult to find, no gps directions bring you to the house, more detailed directions from the property owner would have been great. It was dissapointing not having access to a pool when the original posting stated it had one, the listing has now been updated since i brought it to their attention. The property overall needs some major TLC. It looks extremely worn down and needs some improvements. The overall cleanliness was terrible!! The carpet is disgusting with stains all over it. No one could walk around inside without shoes because your feet became black. The firepit was not operational during our stay, they did send someone out to look at it, which was great, but it was not able to be repaired during our time there. The owner and management staff were always quick to respond if questions were asked its just unfortunate that the property is just so run down.

Exceptional clean

The property was great. The location was wonderful. I was disappointed that the Theater and the firepit wasn't working. That was the main reason I booked this property. 2 tv wouldn't work either. It was boring with nothing to watch 3 nights. Batteries were dead in most of the remotes also. I had to go buy some. No trash bags are provided, I had to go buy them also. All the other rentals I have been in provided trash bags. I contacted the host several times for these issues, but nothing was fixed during our stay. He did issue $100 credit, but I don't feel that was enough for the things that was not working. They were the main attractions for the property. I must say it was the cleanest property I ever stayed in. Make sure with owner that these things are working before booking. It did ruin all of our plans. I contacted him prior to arriving about the theater. We planned on movie nights every night and watching the big fight on the theater.
