The bedroom includes a new king bed with updated bedding, while the living room offers a queen-size Murphy bed for additional sleeping space. The loveseat has been upgraded to dual recliners—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Pet friendly. Pet fee is $20 per night up to two pets.



A wood-burning fireplace adds warmth and classic coastal charm, making cooler evenings especially cozy.



The fully remodeled kitchen shines with brand-new appliances and is stocked with cookware, dishes, and silverware for easy meal preparation. (Please note: pantry staples such as oil and seasonings are not provided.) The bathroom has also been beautifully updated and now features a modern walk-in shower. Every detail—from cabinetry to finishes—has been carefully refreshed to create a clean, modern coastal feel.



Step out onto your private deck to enjoy fresh ocean air and partial ocean views—an ideal spot for morning coffee or an evening unwind.

Unit G605 is a pet friendly one bedroom condo located on the first floor of Gearhart House. Pet fee is $20.00 per night per pet. Pets are NOT to be left unattended in the unit.
