LA UNIDAD 716 TIENE UNA VISTA PANARÁMICA DEL OCÉANO TAL COMO SE VE DESDE EL 4 ° PISO. ESTE ES UN 2 DORMITORIOS, 2 BAÑOS, RECICLADO Y PINTADO NUEVAMENTE. LA MAYORÍA DE LOS MUEBLES Y LAS CITAS SON NUEVAS ESTE AÑO.
La gran sala y comedor ofrecen espacio para todos los huéspedes. El sofá-cama de matrimonio junto con cuatro sillones reclinables y otomanas se unen con un gran televisor de pantalla plana de DVD. Abundante iluminación es mucho. Chimenea eléctrica. Internet inalámbrico y Dish TV están disponibles para su disfrute.
El dormitorio principal tiene un colchón king y un televisor de pared grande, junto con una cabina de ducha. El segundo dormitorio está amueblado con un colchón de matrimonio. La combinación principal de baño / ducha se encuentra junto a esa habitación.
Se puede acceder a la playa con un camino contiguo desde el condominio o bajar su vehículo en la carretera adyacente. Cuando no disfrute de la hermosa vista, disfrute de la piscina y la bañera de hidromasaje accesibles por ascensor.

Very nice, dated property. Great view. The bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner. I would suggest including cleaning products so guests could touch up any areas missed. The staff were excellent and very accommodating.

Great view

I have no complaints except, it could use a good deep cleaning. The rugs felt a bit gritty and there was built-up dirt in the corners. Also, crumbs and dust on the floor.

Unfortunately, if we had we known about the significant mold in the principal bathroom shower we would not have rented this property. Elsewhere, the wood laminate flooring is coming unglued, the second bathroom shower needs bleaching, and overall, the property would benefit from an update. The view of the ocean is wonderful. Had this property been properly cleaned the imperfections could have been overlooked, but the mold is a deal breaker.

More Than A Room With A View

716 is an excellent two bedroom condo with a great panoramic view of the beach and coastline. All the comforts of home. Highly recommend.

Celebrated Our daughter's 20th birthday 🎂

Was a short trip, 3days. We didn't expect it to rain most of the time, but the accommodations were amazing, along with the Pandemic view of the ocean. The property has everything you would need. We also used the indoor pool and spa. Got to see the Aquarium in Seaside. We are Definitely making this a regular family spot.

Gearhart by the Sea

My mom turned 90 in July and all she wanted for her birthday was to see the ocean. This property was perfect for viewing the ocean waves! We even viewed whales, bald eagles and a herd of elk...all from our 4th floor balcony. Even though all the units around us were filled, we were pleasantly surprised how quiet it was in our unit. This was a perfect place for us to celebrate my Mom's 90th birthday. Thank you!

Amazing!

When your teenagers walk in to your VRBO condo and they shout out how amazing it is before you even step through the door, you know it is going to be AMAZING! We enjoyed every bit of our stay in this condo at Gearhart beach.

Great Condo

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. There were 2 couples. The condo is spacious with a great view of the Pacific Ocean. The kitchen is very well stocked. Very nice cookware and utensils. The only thing that was a little confusing was the check in process. I had to call to find out where to go. It is across the street from the complex. But once there the check in went very well. Also a great restaurant across the street.

Condo was spacious and very to be comfortable in. View was spectacular and access to the beach was good. We will definitely be coming back to rent for another stay in the future

A day at the Beach!

Pictures do not do this condo justice! It feels much bigger than pictures show. We found it clean and comfortable! It was supplied with everything needed for a perfect visit to the beach. We will be back!

Great View in Quiet Neighborhood

This condo is very nice with amazing views and very close to the beach. The setup is great. The bed was comfortable. It is across the street from a hotel which is where you check in. The link from the app to my Apple Maps was about half a mile from the location, I had to call to get directions. It would help also for the listing to include the name of condo building and an email that explains the check in process. We would love to come here again.

I Love Gearhart

This condo has a terrific view of the ocean (4th floor) and the gorgeous Gearhart Beach. I love Gearhart because it is not a touristy town even though there are lots of vacation rentals. We've stayed there many times. It is quiet and not crowded. The condo was very clean and comfortable. I selected it because of the recliners in the living room. My husband likes to sleep in a recliner. The bed was very comfortable for me. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the sunset, walking on the lovely hard sand beach and the indoor pool. I would definitely select this condo for a return trip.
