“We couldn’t even stay here because on the email that I received. It did not tell me a specific checking time. And when we got there, I had to sleep in my car in the next morning. The lady at the front desk said they didn’t have any more rooms available even though we had a reservation for 11 days. And she told me to figure it out with Expedia instead of her, trying to help me out, and I feel like that was extremely unprofessional of her. So we had to go get another hotel.
