“The stay was wonderful.”

“If you are physically challenged or a senior citizen, this is not for you. You park off the driveway. Then walk across the lawn with a grade, then walk about a 30 yard path on uneven 1’ pavers, careful not to stumble;there is a 6’ drop into the neighbors yard. You are offered to park on the street. During my four days I never noticed any other car parked on the street; worried someone would drive up the rise of the street and then be greeted with my car.”

“Very nice place and very clean. I am a stickler for cleanliness and this place was great! I love how they had toiletries in the bathroom (even q-tips). Would definitely stay again when in the area.”

“This was a wonderful experience. The host family was charming, considerate, and very accommodating. The pictured stairway is the entrance to the host's single family home. The host family lives upstairs over the one bedroom, one bathroom, work from home (wfh) studio apartment, which is on the ground floor. Everything was clean. The "kitchen" has a small (dorm size) refrigerator/freezer, sink, griddle, microwave, a coffeepot, some cabinet storage and a counter area. Folgers coffee, coffee...

“The studio is perfect. We stayed with our dog, and they had a water bowl out for him and everything. The fenced yard was so convenient and sure beats having to get dressed, go down the elevator, and take your dog on a walk outside a hotel first thing in the morning. We’ll be back!”

“Great location! The place smelled heavily of smoke when we got there, and the owner came and deodorized the unit while we went to dinner. He was very responsive and accomodating! ”

“Host was very accommodating and everything was as described. We appreciated the fresh eggs, water and condiments that were provided. Wanted a unique place and that is exactly what we got. Host provides a lot of information and check in and check out could not have been easier. Thank you so much.”

“Perfect spot to go back and forth to campus. Very clean and tidy. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Check in was very easy, the communication with me very easy and fast the place is clean, and comfortable. ”

“Ok room”

“Everything was perfect! The host took care of everything and made the check in process simple. And they provided us with all the essentials. Finding a nice property within walking distance of Sanford Stadium that is reasonably priced is hard to find. I’d definitely stay here again!”

“Great place, great location and fantastic host!”

“This is a really cool, unique property. It’s a former industrial building turned into a living space. Check in and communication with owner was excellent The linens were luxurious. There is a coffee spot nearby and we discovered frose (frozen wine) just a few steps away.”

“Clean place, nicely decorated. We had everything we needed.”

“We had a great time, will definitely visit again. Great host.”

“Room was on the smaller side but had everything I needed including a toaster and coffee machine. The air conditioning worked well to keep things cool after a long day out.”

“This is probably one of the nicest rentals I have stayed in. Very comfortable, location was good, high quality furnishings. Would definitely recommend.”
