“What an awesome little place to stay . It is right next to the beach , playground , with a pool nearby , and a nice dinner place . The place itself was clean and had all the accommodations. Only issue was there were some things that weren’t working but when we communicated the issue the owners got maintenance in there right away and fixed it . We also had a sick baby and lost track of time so we didn’t leave until a little later than we were supposed to , which the owners were very understanding...

“Beautiful property ! Accessible lake and paths. Beautifully groomed rock roads, historic homes and very hospitable hosts. The cottage was lovely and quiet and is beautifully appointed. The property is Located perfectly- close to Callaway Gardens and The best Steakhouse in the area- Hunter’s Pub We enjoyed walking around the lake and the hot tub after golf We plan to return soon ”

“This stay was extremely disappointing and not at all what was advertised. While the owner did respond quickly to messages, there was no reimbursement offered after the first night when the air conditioning stopped working, which made the stay very uncomfortable and we were forced to stay at a nearby hotel. The property was not clean—dust was visible in several places and we also noticed bugs inside. The pool was filled with leaves and clearly not maintained, and the backyard was in poor...

“The Magnolia House is an excellent property conveniently located to everything. Great neighborhood for walking, with many historical homes and Squares along the way. It’s far enough away from the crowds downtown and on River Street, but also close enough to drive, or walk. Free parking in front was a bonus because almost everywhere else you have to pay to park. The home itself is well furnished, very roomy, and had everything we needed to make our stay carefree. Communication with the Property...
