“The property is really nice. Unfortunately as soon as you enter the settee and carpet are stained. There are also marks all over the walls. The kettle was also dirty. I emailed about this and didn't get a response. I emailed again and they said someone would swap the kettle but they did this while we were out which I don't appreciate as I specifically told them not to enter when we weren't there.
