“Stayed at this adorable house for the weekend when down for my daughter's baby shower. Home was clean and exactly as depicted on the website. Property manager was very responsive to questions I had prior to arriving and answered them in a timely manner. House was close to town and perfect for my needs! Would highly recommend and stay there again in a heartbeat!”

“The outdoor deck is a great asset of this house. It is private and accommodates a large group. The house was clean with comfortable beds in the bedrooms, nice bathrooms, and a kitchen stocked with all that we needed. It comfortably sleeps 8 people with 4 full beds. The only downfall is that we didn't find the day bed and pullout couch to be comfortable so this is something to consider if you have to sleep more than 8 people. Otherwise, we enjoyed this home.”

The property's location is conveniently close to downtown and just blocks away from Shaw University. My dad particularly enjoyed the outdoor space, spending a significant amount of time there. The kitchen's open concept was ideal for both cooking and social interaction.”

“I absolutely adored this property, its location, cleanliness, and all it had to offer (huge closet!!) I have a fluffy, curious pomeranian and the yard was just slightly overgrown so we didnt do much exploring of the backyard, but it did make us check out local dog parks near by. Oakwood Park is a HUGE one about a 1.4 miles from the house we highly recommend! And if walking your pup around the neighborhood go out and to the right, there is a smaller 'park' to walk around thats quick and...

“The house was nice but the outside needs some TLC. Thank god the lawn guy came to cut the grass the second day. Trimming plant growth back in the drive way would be great. So you can get in and out of car . Also front porch weeded and front hedges trim. Also there was a lot of hair and dust under the couch. Besides that the inside of house was well kept. The dog loved the backyard. The owners responded back fast .And we had a lovely stay.”

House is older, but recently renovated well. Kitchen could use more outlets, but all in all this was a good stay. Security system was a plus.”

“We were visiting our daughter in Garner and this was only 15 minutes away.The yard was terrific for our pups! They got their energy out!! It was easy to go back and forth to the house to let the pups out! I would just suggest a light for nighttime use for the backyard.. Otherwise it was great!!”

“We had a wonderful place to be with my husband son elderly dad and our daughter and and her family. We felt the wath as we began to explore the stting. My daughter wanted to rest in the garden tub but the water didnt come on. That was dissappointing for her. She teaches and has kidney disease 5th stage so to soak would have been good for her. “This is a really cute house close enough to several downtown activities to walk there in 10-15 min. The property manager was lighting quick and super friendly and helpful with communication. We would definitely stay there again.”

“The house and location are basically very good, but a few issues are not perfect. The manager needs to be more timely in response, especially for check-in. There were 3 large trash bins, all FULL in the driveway and bags on the ground. The counters were not recently cleaned, and the oven self-clean cycle was STILL running when we walked in & 35 mins to go :-( stinky! The house & yard were perfect for our stay with 2 small dogs, but a few things need better attention.”

“This is a great property in a prime location near Downtown Raleigh. I had a minor issue with the AC unit running out of refrigerant but the host fixed the issue promptly and prorated me for the inconvenience. I will definitely recommend this host and property to friends.”
