“We traveled from Oregon to London for Spring Break (me, husband and 3 teens) . The owner was very transparent about construction going on next door, which it was but we were out of the place early every day so it didn't really impact us. The townhouse was very much as stated in the VRBO description. We had a couple of issues with things like the dishwasher, but the host was very responsive and even came over 1 evening to help us out. He was really nice and helped to make our trip even better....

“It was a lovely gated community , safe and serene surrounded by nature . A bit far from train station though if you don’t have a car . Harold wood station is 9 minutes drive where you can catch the Elizabeth Line . The only concern was that a fob should be given to long term guests to get in and out of the main gate , that was a hassle . Otherwise I would highly recommend this stay .”

“This is the perfect property to make as your home base to explore London. The train is a short walk away and links you to the underground or other trains. The neighborhood was quiet. A small grocery store was close. The property was clean and the owners responsive. We enjoyed our visit!”

The neighborhood is not touristy, but feels like a comfortable lived-in block; we loved the convenience of Gails, Caravan, and the other restaurants and shops a block away at Exmouth market. “Next door was so noisey having a party or something was left outside for hours for a code got in tv was broken so couldnt watch it we went strait home asked for a full or part refund got told no avoid this is shambles ”
