“Pros: Valerie is a kind host, and the property is in one of the most beautiful areas I have ever stayed. Cons: There is one shared bathroom on the first floor. There is no bathroom in the room, or the one next door which I saw when I found out that the dividing door was not locked. The pillows did not have liners in the pillow cases and were stained so we did not use them. The sheets had other people's hair on them, so we didn't use the cover sheets or blankets. “positive 3 night stay at quiet semi rural location that's about a 10 minute drive to downtown Saratoga Springs, our room was clean & quiet on the second floor, breakfast was good, staff friendly & helpful”

“The location was perfect for our needs. Just walking around the neighborhood with amazing historic homes was a treat. Just a few houses down is the National Thoroughbred Museum which is a great find. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was very accommodating to our requests. Would highly recommend.”
