“Lovely quiet cottage conveniently located in Katoomba. Comfortable beds and spacious kitchen for family dinners. Would have appreciated wood for a fire set up. ”

“We loved our stay at Bokkies Barn.The cottage is beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed.Super quick walk to town and the train station.As we are country folk and not used to traffic noise, we did find the road noise loud and were grateful for the ear plugs provided. Would be happy to stay again.”

“We spent the most magical family Christmas at this beautiful house this year. The house was perfectly styled and appointed (including the most gorgeous Christmas tree). The whole family, including our pugalier, enjoyed every aspect of the house, including the beautiful garden (great for cricket), the pizza oven and the super comfortable beds. Carol was an exceptionally helpful and generous host and we can’t wait to return! ”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Lavender House - it's very convenient, only a 10-15 minute walk into Katoomba but also on the quieter side and away from the Easter crowds. The cottage is lovely and quiet - we'd love to go back in Winter and use the fire!”

“My friends and I had a great time at the cottage. It's very well equipped, with a wonderful peaceful garden. The interiors are very homey and has everything you need for a stay in the Blue Mountains.Only downside is that there is not a lot of parking on the property, and off street parking is a little tricky. There was also some broken glass on the carpet in the dining room when we arrived but it was easy enough to clean up.”

“Lovely stay at Hillside. Made use of both indoor and outdoor fire. Very clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable and warm. Well stocked kitchen. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Close drive to everywhere. ”

Extra bonus is the beautiful yard and sense of being isolated whilst still close to everything.”

“I loved the house as it kept the wind and rain out. The local cockatiels were so fun to watch. Glad we had a car. The hills were huge and we would not have seen much of the town. Great hikes on the day we got sun. ”

“The property was clean and comfortable with everything we could ask for, plus a pool table! It was close to Woolworths, plus the main shops and restaurants just down the road in Penrith. The aircon worked well and it had all facilities we required. We would definitely stay at the property again. ”

“Leah is a wonderful host and her place in Kurrajong was perfect for our weekend getaway. Loved the butterfly theme and every little detail and item in the house. Had many options of movies to see and books to read. Felt I was in heaven and didn’t want to leave the house for other activities haha :))) Definitely recommend and hopefully get the chance to go back again when in the area. ”
