The floors were not cleaned and the surfaces were not cleaned so I did not feel that the room was sterile or clean. Also, the bed was very wrinkled as if she didn’t use fresh sheets. Also, the TV was broke. We couldn’t get it to work and we tried to contact the whole several times, but they did not have any good solutions. The neighborhood was a lot more of a very...

“Worked out perfectly for me. Clean, solid Wi-Fi connection, and close to shopping. Would definitely recommend. Thanks”

“Clean and tidy. Close to downtown. Reasonable price.”

“Great location to downtown Greenville. All amenities available. Plenty of onsite parking. Host was easily accessible. A great place to enjoy Greenville ,SC and surrounding area!”

“Liked the location but arrived and they said they had no availability, I had a reservation. The manager was rude and says it happens. Later a worker came and said they had a room but the fridge doesn’t work. Manager wouldn’t discount the room, this was a 4 night reservation. Then a worker said they had a room but it wasn’t clean. We waited for them to clean it. A worker said they hadn’t been paid in 4 weeks, if true.,that’s bad business”

“Great place, extremely great value, GREAT host. Extremely great communication, excellent suggestions about the local area and the larger area. Clean, excellent condition! Dan is my first choice for any future stays in Greenville!”

“Price was right, space was perfect, close to everything! Not many places give you a chance to clean clothes as you go, so this was helpful. They had everything you could need to be away from home! A sray”

“Excellent value and host was very responsive!”

“My son stayed here for 3 months during a summer internship. The location was perfect for him at a great price. It was close to his job and convenient to stores, restaurants, and outdoor activities. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues during his stay that were addressed very quickly by the host. I would recommend this property and would use it again in the future if the need arises. Thanks, Dan!”

“I rented this for my daughter for a month while she worked. It was a great place with everything she needed.”
