“Before we ever got to PCB, we had some trouble with our payment through VRBO. I think this was all the fault of VRBO; the property manager was very responsive and tried to be helpful. VRBO never managed to get it fixed, so I had to Zelle the payment to the property manager. It worked out ok, but it caused a lot of stress, and I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service provided by VRBO.
