The fill valve should be replaced.The valve handle on the hall bathroom sink was not securely attached and comes off in your hand.Some kitchen drawers don't open more than 1/4 of the way due to interference with the stove. The stove door won't open fully due to the refrigerator. Reaching in to retrieve utensils I almost stabbed myself on a knife...
