“Old fasioned mainly in a good way, but certain aspects could do with some modernisation. Staff were friendly, breakfast was cooked to order (although it was fairly average). Everything very clean. Shower over bath was OK but the bed was far to soft for my preference. For the cost I feel it's a 3 star rather than 4. Could offer better room drinks and a gym maybe. I'd stay again but you can get a lot more facilities at other places for less spend.”

“Really liked the hotel. Nice rooms and friendly staff. I stopped in room 11 and the WIFI was really poor. Kept dropping out even though I was on it. As I was travelling wife work I use the evening to do my admin since I’m on my own. This was not possible though as it kept losing signal. Reception told me the hotel was full hence why it kept dropping out. But that should not be my issue it should be good enough for a full hotel. ”

“We booked a nights stay as we have recently booked our wedding at this hotel, we couldn't of asked for a better place to get married, rooms were excellent, spa was busy but it was valentine's weekend and the food was superb. We are more than happy to share with our family and friends after our nights stay”
