“The resort was really nice and very welcoming. We loved the condo and the beach and the view! The bed was very comfortable and the staff was terrific. ”

“It was a great location for the beaches and restaurants. The staff was professional and friendly and answered any questions we had. It could have used a couple of more chairs in the sitting area to be more comfortable. The condo was clean and spacious and had everything we needed although a closet was needed in the second bedroom other than that it was perfect.”

“Upon arrival, we found stained sheets, mold on a pillow, mould in the sink, walls were in bad shape especially by the closet, air filter was not changed in forever, the smoke detector was taken off the wall, the soap holder for the bath tub was off the wall, the safe was locked, the night table legs were filthy, and we were charged an exorbitant daily fee on top of what we paid which made the room more expensive than if we would have booked direct with the hotel. That said, the additional fees were a downside and were not clearly communicated during booking. Between resort fees and parking, the overall cost ended up being significantly higher than expected, which made it harder to fully enjoy the stay.
