“Clean room. Great value. I loved it being on a pedestrian street but hard to get to in a taxi. More information on driving there would be great. But I should have known to take metro to that area since traffic in the city is insane. Breakfast was good and also could have more variety. Super lovely staff. So helpful and kind. “The hotel is a business stay with all the required installations in a nice enivroment. The lobby seems to be always crowded and this makes the service in this area lacking personality. The rooms are very nice, however a bit small for this category of hotel. It is very well located for tourism purposes close to major shopping areas and the western lake.”

Balcony was so good for viewing the full of Qiandao Hu (lake) incl. sunrise & sunset, and as well as for drying the laundry, very convenient 3. Indoor/outdoor swimming pool very relaxing, also can be enjoyed the hot spring 4. Breakfast was great, the space was huge, foods were varying and delicious, incl. Chinese/Western/Hot/Cool/salt/sweet etc 5. Walkable at the night around the hotel and lake ”
