“The restaurant option closes at 8pm. Something the staff did not explain upon check in. The bar doesn’t open till 4pm in the afternoon. Again, something the staff did not explain. They don’t have any vending machines with food options. Seriously so no food on site after 8pm and nothing available to eat. They don’t have vending machines with Beer or Liquor options. There were no towels in the shower area. Yes they give you an Onsen towel and small towel in a tote bag but come on. Have...

“This is a great place to stay if you’re looking for a more traditional Japanese stay while in a ski town! The lady at the front desk was amazing and super helpful! The onsen was a great added bonus! The breakfast was always very good! Good location between happo one and the bus terminal. Also ski rentals are very close. Everything in walking distance. ”

“The room was well prepared with everything needed. The projector was a fun addition for our evening entertainment. The washing machine is in not in the unit, but in the shared management building. Driving to the location was quite an adventure for us in the heavy snow condition. We were not used to driving in snow, and the roads are narrow and snowy.”
