“The check in process was a nightmare. Extra costs had not been mentioned on the Expedia website at the time of making reservations so there were issues during check in and it didn't help that the staff spoke zero english.”

“Friendly hospitable staff that spoke good English. Rooms were a decent size and quality, little steep on price but put that down for the peak of winter. Breakfast was included but a bit basic (set meal of mostly eggs and bacon/sausage, had basic cereal available too). Coffee was decent by Aus standards and was quite close to the pub for dinner/afternoon drinks after shredding on the mountain. Will try to aim for a place near Happo or Echoland next time as it was a bit painful to get to and from...
