“It’s a house with private rooms and private bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again, Seattle is very expensive and this location with free street parking (easy to find, even right outside the place) was a great price deal. Thank you Vince for getting in touch and making sure everything was ok. Only thing I didn’t like was that the fridge in the room was too noisy. The place is very clean and located in a beautiful neighborhood walking distance to great bars and restaurants.”

“This is a entirely communal space just fyi, you can’t use the kitchen after quiet hours and the bathroom isn’t connected to the room. On top of all of this I had to get another hotel because I couldn’t get into the bathroom and had been on the road for hours and it was 2am! I was granted no refund of any sort for this error so choose this place wisely”

“Just a heads up, you are renting a room with a bed and a personal bathroom and closet, I was under the assumption there was going to be a sofa, there was not, so it you rent make sure you like those you rent with. There is a shared kitchen that needs the garbages emptied out more often. The WiFi didn’t work, the manager asked if the maintenance guy can go into our room and check it out, he never showed. “Great place to stay, I would not recommend if you have knee-problems are old age, because this place has stairs (we were on the third floor). There were issues with the internet as we had to use someone’s internet during our stay. And the air conditioning unit would blow cold air on top and hot air on the sides. We would come back to a hot hot room. Other than that, it was in a safe neighborhood and the bus stop was conveniently in front of the place!”
