Exclusiva propiedad frente a la playa

Pasarela privado a tres años y medio millas playa tranquila, con poca gente para bombardeos, surf pesca, pesca de cangrejos, nadar, andar en bicicleta, o simplemente disfrutar del día y la noche. Vistas panorámicas de St. Helena de sonido, ya que se funde con el océano Atlántico. Ver los delfines juegan en tan sólo unos pocos pies de la orilla de la primera y segunda cubiertas traseras piso.

Esta comunidad cerrada ofrece a sus visitantes la posibilidad de disfrutar de las soleadas playas de un lado de la isla y observar la belleza natural de las marismas de baja por países sobre el otro. Nuestra casa es de aproximadamente 3,000 pies cuadrados. Cuenta con pisos de heartpine, parte superior de la línea de electrodomésticos (inoxidable) en la cocina gourmet, un bar con enfriador de vino, un sistema de cine en casa completo con 43 'de TV y una ducha exterior cerrado cerca de la playa. El dormitorio principal está arriba y tiene una cama king size, un jacuzzi de hidromasaje y un balcón privado que da al océano. El otro dormitorio de arriba tiene una cama queen size y un baño completo justo al final del pasillo. Hay dos dormitorios planta baja: una con cama de matrimonio y un baño completo y la otra con dos camas individuales. No se admiten animales, Prohibido fumar.

Hemos hecho todo lo posible para proporcionar a nuestros huéspedes la sensación de que están en "su propio hogar lejos del hogar" cuando se visita.

My family enjoyed the wide sandy beach, the morning and evening visits by the dolphins, the beautiful Hunters Island, and the pool that was accessible at the Beachclub. Mercedes is a great host, ready to help make a stay more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this beach home.

Fabulous!

If you’re looking for a laid back slice of heaven, this is it. Mercedes was on top of everything, from start to finish—always available for questions. The beautiful home is both cozy and roomy, and the setting is perfect. I’m already thinking about a return visit.

Great location for a family beach trip!

Mercedes, the host, was wonderful! The house is in a great location for a relaxing family beach trip. The waves are not too rough and the beach is quiet and not crowded at all - perfect for little ones!

Great beach location

Early April stay with great weather. Dog friendly house, great little fenced in yard. Tho we took many walks on the beach. Location on mouth Harbor River to ocean. Can see Edisto across the river. Egg banks sandbar out at low tide. Quiet neighborhood and friendly people in area. Great restaurants in Beaufort, or go to Gay Fish Co and buy fresh to cook at home. Just a laid back place to relax. Property descriptions are accurate.

Literally - right on the sand

My husband and our 2 friends stayed off season - in January. The location is unbeatable - water views in three directions. Exactly what we were seeking.Mercedes is a gem. Responsive, quick, problem solver, and a delight.Unlike other rental homes we’ve stayed in, this house has a lot of personal items about. At first disconcerting but on the bright side if you forgot something, say detergent or sunglasses or bathrobes you would most likely find them in a closet or drawer. We felt like guests in someone’s beach home rather than renters of a vacation listing.Outweighing the above is the location. I might have been tempted to give 4 stars but the beach access and Mercedes pushed it to 5.

Thanksgiving on Harbor Island

It's hard to beat the location of this home - it's sitting right on the beach, with stunning views from nearly every room in the house. The weather was spectacular for a week that could have easily been in the 50s - we were treated to temps in the upper 70s to near 80 with clear skies daily! The home was clean, the kitchen well stocked with all necessary cooking 'gear' (we used some of it to prepare our Thanksgiving dinner - most of which we ordered from "The Kitchen" in Beaufort - DELICIOUS), and plenty of towels/toiletries available. We spent the majority of our time on the beach, or out and about, but when in the home - we enjoyed every moment. At NO fault to the property - the weather did bring out the flies/beach gnats that snuck their way into the house, and hung out all over the kitchen area, but again, this is strictly due to the unseasonably warm week, and they were hard to avoid. The gated community hosts a half-court basketball court (which we used every day), pickle ball courts, a split fitness center, and a pool (closed for season during our visit), so it's easy to enjoy several days to a week+ here. Overall, we WILL be back, and Mercedes, the property manager, is SO accessible and on the ball, she made it easier than one would expect! THANK YOU Harbor Island - for all of the memories!

Great vacation!

Had a wonderful time! The house is perfectly situated on the sound so that you can experience the sunrise and sunset. We saw dolphins up close every day which was such a treat!

What a grand family vacation!

We all had a great time at this perfectly- located home. The pictures are accurate; the home is directly on the beach and spacious inside. When we first arrived, the wind was blowing and the waves were crashing AND we so enjoyed watching and marveling at the bravery of those who "go to sea". And then the ocean calmed down and we enjoyed the beach. One wonderful surprise was the number of dolphins. We have never seen so many dolphins at one time who leisurely "fished". It was super. This home has something for everyone! Thank you, Mercedes!

Spectacular

Great location for a relaxing vacation. House had all the amenities needed. Beach was marvelous and extremely open. We maybe saw a handful of people each day mostly walking the beach. Host was very interactive and responsive. Hope to stay here again soon!

Fantastic Stay at the Dolphin Den!

Although our time was cut short by tropical storm Debby, we enjoyed every minute that we had at the Dolphin Den. Mercedes is the BEST property manager that I've ever worked with, and I look forward to booking this house again next year (or hopefully sooner). We had 8 people and plenty of room, and could have easily fit more. Loved the different porches to enjoy the ocean view.

Fantastic Beachfront Stay!

The property was located in a beautiful and well kept private neighborhood that had all the amenities we needed! Being able to walk right out to the beach from the house was convenient and great with little kids and lots of stuff. The house had beautiful views of the sunset and sunrise and we saw dolphins several times throughout each day which everyone loved, especially the kids. We will definitely want to stay here again!

Beautiful views

The house is well stocked and plenty of room for a family of 11. The beach was steps away and the views of sunrise and sunset were amazing. We saw dolphins every day and used the kayaks to fish and tour the sandbars. We loved the rockers on the porch overlooking the beach! Our only issues were the clutter under the house and the small dining table. We ate most of our meals at the house and seating was limited to 9 total seats.
