Everything we needed throughout our stay they had provided for us and we had zero complications whatsoever. “What a great stay! The place not only looked clean but felt clean and cozy. Decor was well thought out, as it was cute and also functional. We only stayed two nights but easily could have stayed much longer. We walked to shops and restaurants and still enjoyed some ‘down time’ in the suite. "We spent over 30 minutes at check-in because our room was hard to find and not well signposted. The receptionist couldn’t come with us to show the way, so it took us a while to locate it. Outside the room, there was construction and a lot of mud, and when the staff member brought the remote control, he accidentally tracked that mud into the room. He did clean it up afterward, which we appreciated. Still, the area outside was quite dirty, and it would be good if the hotel kept it cleaner. The room itself was comfortable once we settled in, but amenities were lacking. We couldn’t easily access the gym or the pool because they were too far away, and the hotel didn’t explain this well in advance. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, but they need to improve directions and cleanliness around the property."
