“Peaceful and quiet, a great place to unplug and detach from the modern world and all its amenities. The only down side is the outdoor shower. Basically you have to shower early while the sun is still out. We came back late to our cottage and opted to shower in the morning. ”

“The Hawaiian Kane Cottage was great for the four of us. You feel like there is no one for miles around, which was not common in Hawaii. Other than the roosters, which seem to have no predators in Hawaii and don't always wait until dawn to crow. We were able to prepare a lot of our meals in the open kitchen and Mike set up the Weber grill which was great for us. “I really enjoyed our stay. We stayed for a month while we relocated from Ohio. The owners were easily accessible and very kind. The house was clean and fully stocked. The property was secluded and the the nature all around was relaxing. The owners were knowledgeable about local attractions and places to eat. I would recommend this place especially if your looking for something off the beaten path.”
