“This property was great, location was perfect for us as we would order our food and run into Durango to pick it up and be back at the house in less than 10 minutes. Because it is located on HWY 550 there is some traffic noise during day, but after dark the traffic slows way down. Again not an issue for us. The bed were all very comfortable and the showers in both baths had great water pressure and lots of hot water. Did have a couple of muke deer come up to the house in the evening. ”

“This is our new favorite place to stay when we come to Durango. Great location - close to town but without the noise/crowds and right on the Durango-Silverton railway. It only runs a few times a day but it’s so fun to watch it ramble by. The accommodations are wonderful - it was great having the fire place for the first couple of days there were rainy & chilly. And the rooftop deck was just perfect for our last few warm, sunny days. We’ll definitely book this townhome again.”

“Very nice, well-appointed, clean property in a great location just 2 minutes from downtown Durango. Property owners/managers were accessible and responsive. One note to future guests is that the main bedroom (with the King bed) is a loft and therefore not entirely private. The en suite bathroom to the lofted main bedroom is also open to the communal areas on the 1st and 2nd floors by way of the bathroom walls not going all the way to the ceiling. The bathroom sounds, therefore, may travel over...
