“The house is great for large groups - we were a group of two extended families and the property was perfect for the kids to run around. The house itself could have been cleaner and we were disappointed by the small number of utensils provided - there should be at least enough forks and knives for the number of guests staying (I think we had 12 forks total for our group of 14 and there are a total of about 17 beds). Also the pots and pans were all almost unusable - the non stick coating was grimy...

“2 families stayed here over the Australia Day long weekend. As displayed in the photos, the house is quite run down on the outside and in some parts in the inside but none of this affected our stay. Everything that mattered was great. Very clean, great working bathroom and kitchen, easy access BBQ, enough driveway parking for 2 x cars, 1 x boat and 1 x jetski, shops walking distance, the lake only a short drive. Thanks for having us!”

“Beautiful well equipped farm house with great outdoor area. Very friendly and helpful host. The perfect place for a family get together. Close to Moyhu hotel and Ineeta Cafe where we enjoyed meals at both places. Big 80th Birthday family weekend with lovely afternoon celebrating at Chrismont Cellar door restaurant and winery. Travel to and from Moyhu by King Valley tours. Making lots of memories.”

“We travelled to Benella for a funeral and Ray was very accommodating and extended our check out time at a last minute request without charge. The room was very cosy, clean and comfortable with a luxurious bathroom. We received a complimentary continental breakfast with the room and coffee and tea. Walking distances to town and 5 min to the Pub for an easy meal. I would definitely stay again. Thank you for being so accommodating Ray.”
