An eastern screech owl serenaded us for a few minutes each twilight. There were a few black bears in the area but they kept to themselves. They certainly didn't stop us from enjoying the patio. Hosts were very friendly and helpful.”

“Our week in Highlands was so enjoyable and Foxglove Flat, although rustic on the outside, is a beautiful space to call home. It was absolutely spotless, comfortable and easy access for my husband with his mobility issues. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you need to cook. Multiple coffee making options was nice.
